Faye Robinson

Faye A. Robinson, 91, passed away at the Taylor Hospice House on October 24, 2010.

Faye was born October 10, 1919, in Cherokee IA to Beatrice and Frank Brown. She later married Willis (W. Ed) Robinson and was united in marriage for 26 years until his death in 1995.

Faye is survived by her step-children, Ruth Reynolds, Jimmie Robinson; step-grandchildren; Donna Kay Sampson, Diane Sawyers, Keith (Virginia) Robinson, Donald (Beverly) Robinson, Larry Barnett, David (Anna) Herring, Alan Herring, Ruth Ann (Kurt) Heiss, Sandy (Bob) Keller, Steve Robinson; sister-in-law, Carol Brown; step-daughter-in-law, Margaret Robinson; many nieces and nephews, step-great-grandchildren, step-great-great-grandchildren, and step-great-great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; step-children; Donald Robinson, Beverly (Earl) Herring; and siblings, Ruth Brown, Rex Brown and Buster Brown.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Altoona Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be directed toward the Taylor Hospice House in loving memory of Faye.
