Stacie Lynn Rhea, 41, passed away peacefully at home due to complications with ALS (Lou Gehrigs disease) and is now reunited with her mother in heaven.
Stacie was born in Adel, IA on September 23, 1969. She attended High School in Omaha, NE and lived there until returning to Iowa a few years ago.
Stacie was adventurous and loved to vacation. She enjoyed the sun and being outdoors. Her flower gardens were one of her passions. She had many friends, neighbors and family who loved her. She was a loyal friend with a big and loving smile. Stacie achieved the rank of Regional Vice President with Arbonne and was a very determined and natural leader. She was a loving and dedicated mother whose children brought great joy into her life. Stacie will continue to live in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Rhea; son, Kyler Borchers, son Casey Rhea and daughter, Ellie Rhea; father, Steve (Candi) Daugherty; brothers, Scott (Dee) Daugherty, Jack (Meghan) Daugherty, Dustin (Amanda) Daugherty, step-father, Gary (Connie) Jetter; step-brothers, Brian (Barb) Tigges, Mike (Amanda) Tigges, Scott Jetter and Tony Jetter; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Deborah Jetter.

I would like to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of such a wonderful person. I had the pleasure of working with Stacie many years ago. Stacie always had such a beautiful smile. She will truly be missed.

Our hearts go out to Stacie's closest friends and family. Stacie was an incredible mother and a great person. Anyone that knew her was blessed by her kind and loving ways. It was a beautiful service for a beautiful person.

As a co-worker of Michael Tigges and a recent survivor to my mother from ALS I want to send my deepest condolences to the family. ALS is a terrible disease and most devastating to its victims. I hope you can find some comfort in the fact that Stacie is in a much better place now and will always have a connection from above to all that knew her. My heart goes out to all of the family and friends. God bless.

While I did not know Stacie, I feel a connection because of ALS. My mother lost her battle with ALS 19 years ago. Words never seem to expression the lose of your wife, mother, daughter and sister. Having said that, I can only express to you all my heartfelt sympathy.

I feel so very fortunate to have known Stacie for the short time I spent with her.
I had the honor of helping Stacie and her many loving friends create a video recording to help comfort and guide her children, family and friends after she would no longer be with them. Stacie did absolutely everything she possibly could to enable her children to feel and experience her beautiful essence and love for them for the rest of their lives. Although I am certain Stacie is in a better place and no longer suffering in her paralyzed body, I will selfishly miss knowing she is on this earth.

Stacie was one of the most beautiful, brave, and grace-filled persons who I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She is an inspiration to us all. She has left a stunningly beautiful legacy to her children, who I know will grow up with her strength. I think this is the time to celebrate her life and the wonderful legacy she has left. Stacie, we love you and will miss you.

My deepest condolences on your loss....I hope her children have wonderful memories of her..as a fellow ALS victim I know how she suffered...I hope the quilt I sent thru Susanne was a little comfort...the stitches were not good but were made with care and concern...my heartfelt wish for your family at this time is that you have strength to raise her children in memory of Stacie...God Bless...
