Charles Arthur Danilson, 66, passed away at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center September 10, 2010.
Charles was born March 25, 1944 in Woodward, IA to Clotilda Patricia (Stoppkotte) Danilson and Charles Edward Danilson. He graduated from East High School. Charles devoted 25 years to the Monarch Cement Company before retiring and becoming a truck driver. He loved fishing, camping and motorcycles, winning numerous trophies for dirt bike racing.
Charles is survived by his children Charles, Shelby and Curtis Danilson and 8 grandchildren - Cedric, Dereck, Sierra, Cohen, Nathan, Cameron, Dessiree and Baby Shelby. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street followed by burial at Woodward Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 – 1:00 prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family to help with funeral expenses.

Shelby and Charlie--
I am not sure if you will remember me. I was friends with your grandma and grandpa. We used to camp together. Jeremy, Jason and Jenifer Cornett are my kids. I was so sorry to hear about your dad. I have run into him several times over the years since they died and we always had a good time catching up.
Curtis- I am sorry for your loss too. The last time I saw you you were just starting to walk.
I am going to try to get to the funeral but if I cannot, please know I am thinking about all of you.
