Inez Stewart

Inez M. Stewart, 93, passed away August 25, 2010 at Bishop Drumm Home in Johnston. Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 1st at Christ the King Catholic Church with burial following at Glendale Cemetery. A visitation will be from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Tuesday at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home.

Inez was born October 21, 1916 in Marquisville, Iowa. She was a licensed Cosmetologist who owned and operated Inez Beauty Shop. Later she worked with her husband at Stewart’s Organs and Gifts.

Inez was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Herman Stewart; brother, Gino Cassettari and sister, Nella Cassettari. She is survived by her sister, Lena Cassettari; her step-daughter, Tina Sweeney; her two nieces, Ellen (Jim) Becker, Margaret (Dennis) Allen; nephew, John Cassettari; great niece, Theresa Becker; great nephew, Matthew (Kimberly) Becker; 1 great great niece and 2 great great nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Bishop Drumm Care Center or Christ the King Catholic Church.
