Service Details
Conner Post, born July 18, 2010 passed away August 18, 2010 at Mercy Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Conner is survived by his daddy and mommy, Tanner and Priscilla Post; big brother, Korey; and his grandparents, Sandy Post, Bill and Kathleen Damron. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lanny Post.

I am Gigi Bleackwell's best friend in Arizona. I pray the Lord gives you peace and comfort in this time. I know from experience that only he can and will bring you peace. Look to him, talk to him and ask him to hold you in his arms.
I also know we will see our loved ones and our children that have gone before us. Connor is in Christs loving arms and he is watching over you now.
May the peace and love of Christ be with you and know you all are in my thoughts and prayers!

Dearest Post family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I kept watch and prayed based on your Facebook postings, and cried so much when I found out Conner wasn't destined to remain here. I know God has a plan, but it's so hard to see past that right now. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My sweet sweet baby boy, mommy and daddy loves you, we are heartbroken we couldnt have you in our lives for longer, but thankful we had the month we did with you. You are such a amazing little man. We held you in our arms until you left this earth. And even though its very hard to see you gone, I know your very happy in a pain free place. With all our love mommy and daddy.
