Gerald "Jack" Coatney

Gerald Jack Coatney, 76, died Tuesday, July 27th, 2010 at Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines. He was born January 4th,1934 in Auburn, Nebraska to Samuel Storm Coatney and Dorothy Dee Richardson. He attended Cloverdale School in southeast Nebraska.
He enjoyed Horse Training, gabbing with Friends, being a loving Father and Husband.

Jack is survived by his wife, Betty; Siblings, Keith, Richard, Dean, and Elizabeth; Children, Cheryl, Lori, Susie and Sam; Grandchildren, Michael, Dennise, Matt, Jason, Cassie, Jordon and Brodi; Great Grandchildren, Justus, Xavian, Kindra, Kailee, Emma, and Leanna.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, July 30th, 2010 at Suite A at the Event Center of Prairie Meadows Race Track and Casino.
