Randy Harter, 57, passed away July 25, 2010, at Altoona Nursing and Rehab. He was born March 22, 1953 to Ralph and Fern Harter in Des Moines, Iowa.
Randy enjoyed golf, football, and horse racing.
Randy is survived by his mother, Fern Harter; children, Bud (Jaime) Harter, Wendy Jo Brewer, and Randy Harter Jr.; grandchildren, Sydney Harter, Maverick Harter, and Morgan Brewer; sisters, Rita (Terry) Tiffany, and Renee (David) Keicher; sister-in-law, Lorrie Harter; uncle, Richard Harter; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Harter and brother, Rudy Harter.
A graveside service will be 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 29, 2010 at Graham Cemetery in Mingo, Iowa.

Wash shocked to see Randy's obit in the local paper. I knew nothing about his passing until then. Deepest sympathy goes out to his family.
