Service Details
Christine Wenzel Brooks, 64, passed away at her home June 7, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 10, 2010, at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines, followed by burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Christine is survived by her children, Jody (Heather) Wenzel, Yvonne Sillanpaa and Patty (Joe) Fogg; sisters, Elaine West and Yvonne (Lee) Mitchell; brothers, Olin and Estel (Kathy); grandchildren, Dakota, Keaton, Keeghan, Cheyenne, Savanah, Montana, Joseph, Joshua, Amanda and Shawn; and 19 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Darlene and Floyd.

I am so sad to hear that my dear Aunt Christine has passed away. I wish very much I could make it to her funeral to celebrate her life with all of her family. I am praying that God gives you all strength to get through this difficult time. We will all treasure the memories! Bless you.
