Blanch Puckett, 78, died Sunday, May 9, 2010 at Union Park Health Services.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2010 at Hamilton’s Altoona Funeral Home, 105 4th Street SW, with burial to follow at Mitchellville Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Blanch is survived by her husband, Norman Gilbert; children, John Puckett and Louise Bice and a brother and sister.
Memorial Contributions may be made to family in loving memory of Blanch.

Blanch,
It was a real pleasure knowing you. The good LORD needed you more than anybody here on earth. You will truly be missed. The LORD will take care of you. I know you are watching down on Norm and the rest of your family. You are truly GOD'S Angel, walking those streets of GOLD.
