Eileen Turner, 56, died April 27, 2010 at the Taylor hospice House.
Eileen was born May 13, 1953 in Des Moines Iowa to Sally and Leslie Turner.
She was a talented seamstress whom enjoyed gardening, fishing, camping and watching her grandchildren play baseball.
She is survived by her children, Annette (Robert) Dickson, Jim (Brandi) Fetters; siblings, Les (Joy) Turner, Pat (Sharon) Turner, Sally Turner, Stephanie Lake, Kevin Dellaca; step brother, Mike Dellaca; grandchildren, Lacie, Kourtnie, TJ and Bekka ; many other loving family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, April 30, 2010 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street in Des Moines. Burial will follow at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will occur from 12:30-2:30 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be directed toward Jim Fetters.

Dear family, I'm so sorry to hear of Eileen's passing. I had
spoke with her a couple of weeks ago and she sounded weak, but
optomistic. My heart goes out to her children Jim and Annette and
to all of her siblings. May God rest her soul!

My heart was broke when I heard about Eileen, She was a very good friend for many years, a wonderful person, I don't see Eileen much anymore, but the memories will alway stay with me. I'll miss you and think of you often my friend.
