Nancy Solomon Werner

Nancy L. Solomon-Werner, 63, passed away Friday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. No services are planned at this time.

Nancy was born November 1, 1946 in Des Moines to Virginia and Dan Solomon. She worked for the State of Iowa in the licensing department of the DNR. Nancy loved being with her family. She enjoyed boating and camping. She liked to work on her flowers in her front yard. She enjoyed shopping.

Nancy is survived by her sister, Pat Cozad; her children, Matt, Merideth and Theodore; her 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; her 3 nieces and 2 nephews.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer.
