Dale Smithhart

Dale Smithhart, 55, passed away March 24, 2010 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center from respiratory failure and acute renal failure. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Dale loved his grandchildren and enjoyed fishing. He will be remembered as a very caring person and loving father.

Dale is survived by his children, Melody (Floyd III) Kibbe, Rhonda (Tom L.) Rudolph and Dale (Donna) Smithart; sister, Linda (Fred) Knapp; brothers, Cleo (Cheryl) Smithhart, Richard (Julie) Smithhart and Milas Smithhart, Jr.; 13 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milas and Violet Smithhart; sister, Margaret Strong-Smithhart; and brothers, James Ramer and Harley Wilson.
