Donald Terrell

Don D. Terrell, 78 of Des Moines, died Monday, February 19, 2007 at the Taylor House after a long battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 23, 2007 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue; visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will take place in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Don was born February 5, 1929 in Des Moines. He married Carolyn McLucas on November 7, 1947. Don had many hobbies and enjoyed watching his grandkids participate in sports.
Don is survived by his wife Carolyn; his children, Kurt (Beverly) Terrell, Jerry Terrell, Jeffrey Terrell, Kimberly (Jeff) Peterson; his sisters, Maxine Zenor and Patty (Gene) Rinehart, his sister-in-law Delores (Bill) Porter, and his grandchildren, Linsey Terrell, and Kaitlin and Garrett Peterson.
