Service Details
Ralph E. Morris, 65, died Sunday, March 7, 2010 at his home from liver and colon cancer. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, followed by burial at Glendale Cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Ralph was born February 6, 1945. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War where he was awarded several medals and worked his way up to become a Gunnery Sergeant. He was a member of the Valley Junction VFW Post #8879. Ralph was a service manager for Dupey Equipment for 38 years. He was an avid Green Bay Packers and Chicago Cubs fan, enjoyed working around the house and could fix anything.
Ralph is survived by wife, Cindy; sons, Bradley and Evan Morris; step-daughters, Heidi and Heather Kouri; grandchildren, Seth, Abigayle, Alexander, Haylie and Autumn; father, Clifford Morris; sisters, Carol, Barbara, Joan and Roberta. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Cindy,
We have never met. I am Ralph's first cousin. Our dads were brothers. Ralph and I were only one month apart in age. I would often think of him. When we were younger our families were pretty close. His sisters stopped at our house on there way back from seeing Ralph last fall. I knew he was not too well. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Ralph was a special person. My thoughts will be with all of you Thursday.

Dear Cindy,
We never met because I live in San Francisco and rarely get back to Wisconsin, but I am Ralph's cousin. Our fathers, Earl and Clifford, were brothers. Ralph's sister, Carol, told me about his passing.
Please accept my sympathy for your loss. He was taken far too early and I know you must be deeply saddened by his death. I hope my prayers and those of your other family and friends will help you through this difficult time.
