I was very lucky to have a grandpa so special, I also very lucky to be so close with him. I will miss not having him next door. My Puppy Droopy misses him too. He loved animals! It will difficult to not pull in his drive way after work everynight to see him. He was just a brilliant man. Love and miss you Pops.

Uncle Bob, you were truly unmatched as an uncle. I knew I could always count on you to help make things right. You were a constant fixture for me in my life. I always equated you as the North Star shining brightly from your home on Elizabeth Street in Des Moines. You were one of those people that could always find something positive to say about others. We will truly miss you.
