I knew Jonda from my time teaching at the middle school. What a lady! Of all the school districts I've taught in, Jonda was my favorite because of her smile and quick laugh. My prayers are with your family.

Jonda's laugh and smile will be missed. She brought joy to anyone who was around her. I will never forget how she made the administration office light up everyday. Her upbeat personality touched many lives. I looked forward to seeing and talking to her every morning at school. Jonda, you will be missed now and forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.

We had many wonderful experiences with Jonda in Las Vegas, at the "Price is Right" with Bob Barker, on the "fruit" machines at the Nest, on Saylorville Lake, at the Iowa State Fair and just around the kitchen table playing golf and Mexican Train. It was always fun just being with Jonda. We will cherish those memories forever. Our thoughts and prayers are with John and the kids.

Tania: I am not able to be at the visitation tonight nor the service tomorrow, and I regret that. This must do, instead. You should know that I knew your mother as, your mother, of course, but also as the face of the administration in so many ways. She is and will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss which is our loss as well. Please take comfort in knowing that she was loved for who she was. Don't know if you would remember some of the mock trial sayings I hope you took with you. One which fits your mother: it is not so much what we do, but how we do it. She knew how. Peace be with you, dear friend.

John and family,
I am so sad to hear of Jonda's passing. I pray that God will give you comfort in your time of need. Jonda was a vibrant person and I enjoyed visiting her on the occasions she dropped by at work.
I am 73 now and it's a bit hard to get around with all the snow and ice on the roadways. Please know I am thinking about all of you. Enjoy the grandchildren John as they bring so much joy into our lives.
I'm in the phone book, give me a call some time.
Jackie
