I just want to take this opportunity to give our condolences to the family of Dan Cunningham...
Dan & I met in Fort Leonard Wood Missouri during our Basic Training in the US Army in January 1966...we were shipped to Fort Hood Texas where we took our Basic Training...after Basic Training we went to Cook School together in Fort Lee Virginia....had a great time there...came back to Fort Hood for the remainder of our two years since we were both drafted....
Through the years we have chatted over many subjects & spent time eating at Popeye's Chicken in Council Bluffs when He would come to the local gun shows....
It has been a pleasure knowing Dan & we had a lot of great times in the Service & away from the Service....
I will miss Dan a lot... in the hope that we will be spend eternity with
Our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ...we will see each other in eternity....

The phrase "my brother's keeper" fits you, Cheryl, and your family. Daniel knew the love and comfort of family over these last months of struggle. That should give you some comfort through this time of loss.
