Ortha Martin

Ortha Martin, 85, was born April 30, 1924 in Boone, Iowa. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at her home following a lengthy illness (too tired to swallow).

Cremation has occurred and memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, February 15, 2010 at Easton United Methodist Church, 2412 Easton Boulevard with family greeting friends at the church one hour prior to the services. Private family burial will take place at a later date.

Ortha is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Graydon Martin; daughter, Linda Moore; grandchildren, Richard (Jeri) Moore, David (Ellie) Graham, Caroll (Roger) Jansen, Theresa Graham and Matt (Amy) Graham; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Ethel (Pete) Rhodes and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Marietta Kay Graham; her great-grandchild, Cory Moore and her great-great-grandchild, Robert Davis III.
