Mary Shore

Mary J. Shore, 98, of Norwalk Care Center, died Sunday at the Norwalk Care Center. There will be a Graveside service only with burial at Oxford Cemetery, Lucas County, Iowa.
Miss Shore was born in Lucas County and taught school in Williamson, Iowa a short time before working for Peabody Coal Company in St. Louis, MO. for 23 years in which she retired from moving to Sarasota, Florida. She returned to Des Moines before residing to the Norwalk Care Center. She is survived by on Nephew, Charles B. Norberg of Des Moines and two Nieces, Darlene Buckley of Des Moines and Lois Jean Clark of Warren, Ohio and many Great Nieces and Nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Wakonda Christian Church in which she was a member.
