Dear Friends: Dale, Judy, and Matt, and all of Susan's family,
Our family is so sad to hear of Susan's passing. We read the note in the DSM Register today, and we wanted to send our sympathies. I called Eva and she said she wanted to come to the funeral, but she is too far away (Mnpls) and didn't think she could make it in time. Paul and I always enjoyed both Susan and Matt growing up. They were good friends and classmates to our children. Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you celebrate her life tomorrow at the church service. May God's love surround your whole family and hold you close. With love, Paul and Shirley

Mokricky family,
I am a parent at Western Hills. I was so excited when my oldest son was placed in Mrs. Mo's class. I heard such good things about her. And after the first conference with her I knew that Jacob was a lucky kid. He came home everyday with a story about what funny thing happened in class, and there were many. But what I loved most about her was what she did for those children in her room. Some how she makes them come out of their shell. And they start enjoying school more. She just had a magic about her. It takes a special person and in deed she was that person.
I know that there isn't anything that anyone can say to make the pain you are feeling go away. But I hope it does help you to know that she touched so many people in her life and is a person that will never be forgotten.
Your family is in our prayers.

Dear Mokricky's,
Your mother and wife was the first teacher I ever had at Western Hills and I do have to say the one who I will remember most. She was always kind and helpful to me and when I was having a bad day she made it the brightest. I will always remember her brilliant laugh and smile that has a way of making even the coldest hearts warm. I send you my sincerest condolences and prayers to you through your time of morning. Mrs. Mo will always have a special place in my heart. I am so very sorry for your loss.

Susan was an incredible person and friend.
It is so hard to put into words how much impact she has
had on myself and I am sure many others.
Susan was one of the very few people you meet in your
life that always had positive and happy things to say.
She will be missed.
Love to her family

Mike, Anna & Mason:
Please accept our heartfelt condolences in your loss. Both Mark & Brett had Mrs. Mo and loved her dearly; as we all did. She was a wonderful teacher and brought much happiness & joy to Western Hills. Brett and her had a special bond and she went out of her way to help him with some struggles he had early on in 4th grade and helped him shine. She supported both boys tremendously in their sports and was always eager to hear how the latest hockey or basketball tournament went. She made them feel special and she made a lasting impact on our family.
Thank you for letting her be a part of our lives.

Mike--
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I only met your wife once, at our 15 year high school reunion, but she struck me as such a wonderful, kind, fun person. At the reunion, I remember being glad for you that you had found such a great wife. Wishing you and your family peace and comfort now and in the days to come.
