We knew JoAnne for barely a year when we were neighbors to her and Mike and we were all in the Northwestern Bell "family". We want to extend our sincere sympathies.

I first met JoAnne over 30 years ago when I was in high school while working at which was known back then as Brandeis. There are some people who cross your path in life that leave a lasting memory that you never forget. JoAnne was one of those people for me. She was a kind sweet lady who was so much fun to work with. She had a heart of gold and patience of a saint. Teenagers are definitely not the easiest to work with but she took it all in stride and sure made going to work for me a very fun and enjoyable experience. Even almost 35 years ago when I think of working with JoAnne it still brings a smile to my face.
