Dear Dee, Don and Debbie and families:
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this very difficult time. The loss of a father leaves a hole that can never be filled. I know my father is welcoming his brother in Heaven with "Hey Layton!" right now. My father loved Eldon very much and we will always have very special memories of Uncle "Eldie" that were established in our hearts when we were very small.
Blessings to yo all.
Love,
Barbara, Gary, Kelly and Karen

Dee, Don and Debbie - I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle "Eldie's" death. My deepest condolences to you and your families. I have so many fond memories of the times with him and all of you when we visited Des Moines when we were kids and when you guys lived in LA near us. I'll always remember riding on the back of his motorcycle; that was so much fun. And I was so glad to get to get to see him a few years ago during one of his visits to California. Now he is reunited with your mom and my dad. My thoughts will be with you tomorrow as you celebrate his life. With sympathy, your cousin, Judy Layton

So sorry to hear about your dad. I know you will all miss him so much, cause I lost my mom last May and miss her too. Each day gets a little easier. It helps to have family and friends to get you through it. I remember he loved to watch all of you at bowling.Take care and know you have a lot of people thinking about you at this difficult time. You are in our prayers.

He was such a fighter who never gave up.
Both he and your mother were very special people to us.
