Karol Knutson

Karol Knutson, 62, of Des Moines, died October 30, 2006 at her home due to complications from diabetes. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Friday, November 3, 2006 at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave. in Des Moines. Visitation will be 6 to 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home. Cremation to follow the service.
Karol is survived by her husband, Gary Knutson; Children, Rick Acord, Jeff Acord, Jim (Lisa) Acord, Curt (Keri) Knutson, Mark (Tamarind) Knutson, and Barbara Knutson; Grandchildren, Alissa Acord, Austin Acord, Tanner Acord, Dylan Jensen, and Kimberlyn Knutson; Brothers, Dean (Louise) Fenton, LaVern (Frances) Fenton, and Jim (Shelby) Fenton; Sisters, Dora Jane (Richard) Pilcher and Betty (Carl) Valentine.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Juanita Fenton; two brothers, Bill and George and an infant sister.
