Dennis L. Munyon

Dennis Munyon, 49, went home to be with Jesus on January 11, 2010. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday, January 15, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home with burial following at Elm Grove. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to service time on Friday.

Dennis was born August 11, 1960 the son of Howard and Lorena Munyon. He loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed collectible hot wheels and antique trains. His main love was computers. Dennis continued his education as an IT Technician at North Central College in Trenton, MO.

Dennis is survived by his mother, Lorena Deaton, his three brothers, Eldon Munyon, Richard (Jerri) Munyon, John (Dina) Larrison; his six sisters, Debbie (Larry) Fetters, Donna (Jim) Collier, MaryAnn (Kevin) Villa, Susan (John) Schaecher, Marsha (Roy) Pruett III and Lisa Munyon all of Des Moines as well as several nieces and nephews.

Dennis was preceded in death by his father, Howard, his grandparents, Robert and May Kenoyer, his niece Pam Munyon and several aunts and uncles.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
