Sheila Hoops, 57, passed away of Lou Gehrig’s disease December 28, 2009.
Sheila was born July 23, 1952 to Clifford and Coleen (Rife) Roberts in Storm Lake, Iowa. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service.
Sheila is survived by her daughters, Courtney (Justin) Braden and Roxanne (Eric) Stotler; parents, Clifford and Coleen Roberts; sister, Karen Dudley; brother, Derald (Jenene) Roberts; grandchildren, Paige and Pierce Braden; step-grandchildren, Andrew and Erica Stotler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. Visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Private family burial will take place at Rising Sun Cemetery.

I want to send my love to Sheila's family and friends. She is my best friend and her beautiful smile and laugh will be missed. We have so many funny stories and memories from high school throughout our lives as we started our families. She believed in God and loved Jesus and I am so happy she is with him today, rejoicing and singing her favorite songs.
