Khamsy Chanthavong

Khamsy Chanthavong, 55, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Khamsy was born on March 24, 1954.

Khamsy was a kind and caring father and husband who never stopped worrying about and loving his family. He will be missed dearly by those who continue to love him.

Khamsy is survived by his loving wife, Chonethavy Chanthavong; his children, Peter, Randy, Sam, Kevin and Nancy Chanthavong; the children’s biological mother Keme Lothi.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 26, 2009 at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines. Burial will be held Monday at Glendale Cemetery, Tai Dam Section, Des Moines. A visitation with the family present will be from 10:00 until service time on Saturday.
