Louise Hall

Louise C. Hall, 98, passed peacefully into the Lord’s hands on December 22, 2009.

Funeral Services will be held at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street, on Wednesday December 30, 2009 at 2:00 pm. A Celebration of Life and visitation will be held from 12:30 pm until service time. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery.

Louise lived a full life. She enjoyed entertaining, sewing, crafts, gardening, golfing, bowling, fishing, was an avid Hawkeye and Cubs fan. Graduated from Lincoln High School, worked at WHO-TV in the early years of the station, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Hyperion Field Club, Easter Seal Auxiliary, TTT Society and Park Avenue Presbyterian Church.

The family would like to thank the staff of Wesley Life Services (Home Care and Hospice) and Genesis Senior Living Center for the care they provided. Special thanks to Brenda and Nancy.

Louise is preceded in death by her husband, Owen S. Hall, Jr. and son, Donald O. Hall.

Louise is survived by her daughter-in-law Marge Hall; granddaughter, Marla (Greg) and Grant Fay, grandson, Craig Hall and his children; Crystal (Kirby) Alex and Mason Tootill, Cory Hall, Chase Hall, Sierra Hall, Chanell Hall.
