Gerald Lee “J. J.” Forbush Leonard, 35, of Des Moines passed away on December 16, 2009 at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center. Memorial services will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 19th, at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home.

J.J. is survived by his mother Donna Leonard; his sisters Tiffenie (Tim), Donni, Modena, Jerri and Lisa; his best friend Josh Smith and his family; his fiancé Tiffini Shepard as well as may more relatives and friends.
