Orval Teddy Hawthorne

Orval Teddy Hawthorne, 75, died December 9, 2009, at Polk City Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. A burial of cremated remains will take place at Chapel Hill Cemetery in the spring.

Teddy is survived by his aunt, Evelyn Hawthorne; and several cousins, including Susan Hawthorne. He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Beatrice Hawthorne.
