Darla Curry, 48, was born December 30, 1960, to John and Barbara Robbins in Des Moines, Iowa. She passed away December 7, 2009, at the University of Minnesota Hospital in Minneapolis, MN. from complications of Cystic Fibrosis.
Darla had worked for Wells Fargo for many years. Darla most enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and especially her two grandsons.
Darla is survived by her husband Edward Curry; her daughter Amanda (Chris) Belcher; two grandsons Christopher and Lucas Belcher; her father John Robbins; her sister Deanna (Victor) Robinson and several nieces and nephews.
Darla was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Robbins and a sister Denise Robbins.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 14, 2009, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Visitation will be Sunday, 5-7 pm at the Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, with a rosary at 7:00 pm.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the family in loving memory of Darla.

I didn't work with Darla long, but from the short time I did, she seemed like a very warm and caring person. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Darla will be missed.

To all of Darla's family we send our thoughts and prayers. Darla was a very special lady and touched many hearts....including mine and Tim's. Sorry about your loss, I knew her since I started working with Wells Fargo (was Norwest). We worked in the same dept and she also had lunch with us sometimes. She was one of the nicest person I've know. We'll miss her very much.
