Jeanette DeMoss passed away peacefully on December 3, 2009 at her home in Knoxville, Iowa. Family and friends are invited to a gathering at the VFW Hall in Knoxville, Iowa on Friday, December 4, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.
Jeanette was born on July 23, 1939 in Columbia, Iowa to Earl and Lela Jackson. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, country music, and spending time alone with her husband.
Jeanette is survived by her husband, Tommy DeMoss; sons, Jack, Phillip, Daniel, Paul, and Ryan Weatherly; daughters, Jeanne Ide, Deborah Weatherly, and Rachel Gilmore; brothers, Paul, Richard, and Michael Jackson; sister, Darlene Jackson; 19 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Weatherly.
Memorial contributions may be directed toward Iowa State Bank, Knoxville Branch.

I remember Jeanette's laugh and smile the most. She was always so nice to me. I am sorry for the loss of her to us here on earth. God Bless the family.
