Randall Andrews, 68, passed away on July 17, 2023 at home with his family. He was born on October 29, 1954 in Des Moines to Richard (Dick) and Maxine Andrews.
He was a 1974 graduate of Urbandale High School. He married Teresa Dalton on June 7, 1985 in Des Moines, Iowa. Randy worked for Andrew Distribution before becoming disabled in 2016. He loved auto racing at the Iowa State Fair Speedway. He had a lot of fun with his race car even though he only had it on the track 2 times. Randall was in the Shrine Klassy Chassis Club and really enjoyed being in the parades with them.
Randy is survived by his parents, Richard and Maxine Andrews; wife of 38 years, Teresa; son, Anthony Andrews; three daughters, Donna Andrews, Kirsten Andrews and Ashley Andrews; brother Kenneth (Barbara) Andrews of Wisconsin; nieces, great nieces; nephews and 2 grandchildren, James Andrews and Nevaeh Dalton of Iowa and 5 granddaughters of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his niece, Stephanie Hart.
Funeral services will take place on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., at Hamilton’s near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines. Family will greet friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

My sympathy goes out to all of the Andrews families. I still remember driving around in his '57 Chevy. We'll miss his presence at F n O's on Thursday night.
