Marilyn Marie Fisher, 82, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on June 26, 2023 at her home.
Marilyn was born March 20, 1941 in Canton, Illinois. She retired from Meredith where she worked as a material handler for many years. Marilyn then pursued her passion and became a licensed hair dresser. She married Robert M. Fisher on June 23, 1979. Marilyn loved bulldogs and horses. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.
Marilyn is survived by her by her husband of 44 years, Robert M. Fisher; step-children, Tammy Adkison and Robert (Deanna) Fisher; brothers, John David Foulke, Dan Foulke and Gilbert Foulke; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Foulke, uncle & aunt, Dewey and Dorothy Ellis; sister, Martha Moore; brother, Jack Foulke; and her step-son, Bryan Fisher.
A graveside service will be held Monday, July 3, 2023 at 11 am at Linn Grove Cemetery in Norwalk.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the Kiya Koda Humane Society, 1206 North Jefferson Way, Indianola, Iowa 50125 in loving memory of Marilyn.

Marilyn will be greatly missed. We enjoyed Marilyn so much over the years. She was always so kind and caring. We will reminisce our wonderful memories of her. Bob we are so sorry for your loss.
