Lori Lynn Triplett passed away one day before her 56 birthday on June 18, 2023. She joins the love of her life, Ray Dale Lipscomb, who died on April 7, 2023.

Lori was born on June 19, 1967, in Des Moines, Iowa to Arthur and Betty Jo (Howe) Triplett. She loved her family above all else and would sing “We are Family” over and over. She was full of life and loved to sing and dance. She embodied the energy of Olivia Newton John and her favorite movie was “Grease”. Lori enjoyed going to Prairie Meadows, playing the slot machines, and scratch tickets… and she won too! She took pride in her home, caring for her family, and liked doing laundry and vacuuming. She loved her cats like they were a part of her family.

She is survived by her mother Betty Jo Thompson, siblings Rachel Lewis, Michael Morris, and Tonika Thompson, children Terrika Brown, Talia Brown, and Tevin Ware, grandchildren Michael Logan Triplett (8), Theodore Logan Triplett (3 months), and Tevin Ware, Jr., and many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Lori was preceded in death by her significant other Ray and her father Arthur (Art) Triplett.
