Matthias James Baccam

Matthias James Baccam passed peacefully in the arms of his parents on June 13, 2023.

Though Matthias lived only a short time on this earth, he filled our lives with such love and joy.

He is survived by his mom and dad, Madeline and Jeremy Baccam; grandparents, Tim and Dawn Proudfoot and Jim and Sara Baccam; Uncle Luke Proudfoot and Aunt Sierra Proudfoot; and other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandpa Rang Baccam.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2023 at Westkirk Presbyterian Church, 2700 Colby Woods Drive in Urbandale. Private family burial will follow at Sunny Hill Cemetery in Grimes.
