Norma Jean Felice

Norma Jean Felice, 87, died peacefully at home on May 31, 2023.

Norma was born January 26, 1936, on the kitchen table, in Cumming, Iowa to Charles and Gertrude (Tovrea) Duffy. She was a wonderful loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed being with her grandkids. Norma loved to crochet and made all of her grandkids blankets. She enjoyed decorating cakes, watching gameshows and Hallmark movies, weekend game nights and card nights with the girls. Norma loved singing at church and volunteering at Iowa Lutheran Hospital. She worked for the county attorney for many years.

Norma is survived by her daughters, Denise (Manuel) Guerra, Dea Waters, Debbie (Jim) Rowley, Diana Felice, and Dana (Jim) Sharp; 28 grandchildren; and 40 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Tommy Felice in 2017; her parents; and her siblings, Ted Duffy, Mike Duffy and Linda Brown.

The family will greet friends on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 7th at 11:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. A private family burial will be held at a later date at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Adel, Iowa.
