Lara and Family, I knew Harold through the VFW. He was 1 of 7 or 8 gentlemen that would meet on Saturday afternoon for a couple hours and enjoy a few "cold ones". Unfortunately, that group diminished quite quickly several years ago, and Harold was one of the few survivors. Whenever we would make it back to the VFW, I would always enjoy seeing Harold pop in and be able to chat for a little while. I miss those Saturday afternoons with my dad, Harold and the rest of the crew. He was such kind man and always a pleasure to be around. He will be missed. May he rest in peace. My prayers to you and the family.

My deepest sympathies to you, Lara, and your entire family. Harold was one of the good guys: good student, good athlete, good husband and father, good businessman, and to top it all off, a really nice person. I always enjoyed seeing him and talking with him on my rare trips (every ten years) to Des Moines. He will be missed.

Harold was one of my fathers favorite friends he so enjoyed their time together and spoke about him so much to all of us usually with a laugh. I met Harold several times with my Dad, Morris Woods he was such a nice person I could easily see why my Dad enjoyed his company so much. Our thoughts and prayers to the Kramme family we certainly understand how difficult it is to lose someone so special.
