Leyann F. McBee

Leyann Faye McBee, 46, died Monday November 23, 2009, after a courageous battle with breast, ovarian and brain cancer at the Bright Kavanagh House. Leyann was born on February 11, 1963, in Des Moines, Iowa to Larry and Connie (Bryant) McBee.

Leyann is survived by her parents; Larry and Connie McBee, Sisters; Kelli (Tom) Thompson and Loura (Scott) Smith, niece; Kylie (Craig) Williams, nephews; Alan Thompson and Zachary Seward; grandparent; Marjorie McBee and her special uncle and aunt Gerald and Janet McBee.

A Celebration Gathering in honor of Leyann will be held from 4-7 pm Wednesday, November 25, 2009, at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, Iowa.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Bright Kavanagh House in loving memory of Leyann.
