Darlene Wignall

Darlene Wignall, 69, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at her home in Des Moines.

Darlene was born October 7, 1953, in Washington, Pennsylvania to George and Doris (Conkey) Ealy.

She loved the outdoors. Most importantly, she treasured time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Darlene is survived by her children, Tina Wignall, Thomas Wignall, Jr. (Amanda), Kimberly Wignall, Natasha Evans (Brandon), and Johnny Bahl; five grandchildren; siblings, Barb Drake, Joann Drake, Dianne Hobbs, and Mike Hamblen; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family, and many special friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sr.; her parents, George and Doris Ealy; and her sister, Patty Johnston.

According to her wishes, Darlene will be cremated. There will be no services held at this time.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Darlene.
