Raffaelli "Sissy" Punelli

Raffaelli “Sissy” Punelli, 77, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2023, at Parkridge Care Initiatives in Pleasant Hill.
She was born on January 14, 1948, to Rose Mary (DeFrancisco) Punelli and Fred Punelli.
Sissy was preceded in death by her parents, Rose and Fred; and brother, Charles “Charlie” J. Punelli, Sr.
She is survived by her niece, Rosalie Punelli; nephews, Charles (Mary) Punelli, Jr. and Thomas Punelli; great nieces and nephews, Carmen, Charles III, Charlotte, Carrah, Chance, Caleb, Juliana, and Haleigh; and host of extended family members and her dear friends at the Walnut residence, especially her best friend, Jackie.
There will be a graveside service held on Friday, April 21, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. at Glendale Cemetery.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the healthcare team at Younker 8, the staff of Behavioral Technologies, and Mosaic for providing a caring home for Sissy, and Parkridge Care Initiatives Hospice for their kindness and compassionate care of Raffaelli.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Easter Seals or March of Dimes in loving memory of Sissy.

Sissys smile and giggle was amazing. She always greeted you with a smile and with so much enthusiasm. Your character will live on in our hearts. My prayers and thoughts go out to everyone who has been effected by this tragic loss. May Sissy rest in peace and I hope she gets a bunch of fluffy kitties when she enters them golden gates of heaven. Love you so much sissy, it was a pleasure to know you for the last 14 years of your life, you will be truly missed.

Its a sad day that this has happened to a very special lady. I will deeply miss her. I wish I would have known where she was at so that I could have seen her before leaving us. My heart and love goes out to her family. I will celebrate her new life where she will live forever happy.
