Linda S. Davis

Linda Sue Davis, of Des Moines, Iowa, age 73, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023.

Linda was born to Richard and Annette Hatch on August 19, 1949. She was a sibling to three. She was a widowed homemaker, an avid Elvis Presley fan, goofy, and loved her family along with her beloved dog daughter Bella

She is survived by her daughter Missy (Jamey) Dunlap of Bauxite, Arkansas, sister Debbie (John) Stodgel of Des Moines, Iowa, extended children Rhonda (Rodger) Harland of Des Moines, Iowa and Bubba (Kristy) Galvan of Stratford, Iowa, 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, friends, and cousins.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Annette Hatch, husband of 30 years Claude Davis, brothers Larry and Donnie, daughters, Michelle Madison and Marsha Davis, her beloved fur baby, and many more family members.

Visitation will be held at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, 605 Lyon Street, Des Moines, on Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held Friday, March, 24, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. at the same location. Burial will follow at Woodland Cemetery in Iowa Center, Iowa. A dinner will be held after the graveside service at Logan Park Apartments, 1731 Cleveland Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa.
