Leslie Crain

Leslie Rene Crain, age 54, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Altoona Nursing and Rehab after a lengthy battle with multiple sclerosis.

Leslie was born July 11, 1968, in Des Moines, Iowa to Melvin and Peggy Crain. She graduated from Southeast Polk High School, Des Moines Area Community College, and William Penn University. She worked as a Web Designer, lastly for Visionary, prior to retiring due to her health. She had a strong Catholic faith. She is survived by her parents Melvin and Peggy Crain, sister Julia Harris (Andy), brother Jeff Crain, niece Emma Harris, and her nephews Braden Crain, Joseph Crain and Noah Harris.

There will be no services at this time. Leslie will be laid to rest at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery in a private family service at a later date.
