Roger McCaulley

Service Details

Roger was a loved son, brother and uncle. He was born to Veda and Mac McCaulley on October 6, 1958. He was the 4th of 5 children. Roger graduated from Saydel High School, class of 1977. After school he worked a variety of jobs and ended with Ace Air Tools. He was just getting ready to enjoy retirement.

In his free time, you could find him either hunting, fishing or throwing darts. He was an avid dart player and had been to state tournaments more than once. He loved to teach his nieces and nephews to play as well. A family dart tournament at Christmas time was not an unusual event. Roger enjoyed singing Karaoke and helping with Thanksgiving dinner. After a fishing trip with his nieces and nephews there was always a stop for ice cream.

Roger also helped take care of his mother and after her passing moved in with his sister Nancy Haines. When she became ill he helped take care of her and her husband.

Roger was a sweet and kind soul and will be missed by many.

Preceded in death by his fiancé Teri; his parents, Veda and Mac McCaulley; brother, Benny McCaulley; niece, Penny McCaulley; sisters, Linda Hewett and Nancy (Dan) Haines.
