Bonnie Couch

Bonnie Jean Couch, 93, passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Scottish Rite Park in Des Moines, Iowa. Bonnie was born in Collinsville, Illinois to Ferrel and Mary Flo (Beaty) Frame on February 1, 1930. Bonnie was employed by the State of Iowa before becoming a homemaker, and was a long-time resident of West Des Moines. Bonnie was a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church.

Bonnie enjoyed spending time with her family. Bonnie excelled at cooking, baking and gardening. She loved sharing her talents with family, friends and neighbors.

She is survived by her son, Ron Spridgen of Roswell, NM; her daughter, Lisa (Kevin) Wingert of Panora, IA; grandchildren, Rachel, K.C., Shane, Chase and Kate; and great-grandchildren, Alayna, Aniya, Axl Greer; Brie, William, Layne Wingert. Bonnie was preceded in death by her son, Roger Couch and her husband Fred Couch.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2023 with visitation taking place one hour prior at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 1025 28th Street, in West Des Moines, IA. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.
