Christopher L. Turner

Christopher Lynn Turner, 73, passed away February 13, 2023.

Chris was born June 30, 1949 in Des Moines, Iowa to his parent’s Robert and Helen (Sinn) Turner.

He is survived by her loving wife of 48 years, Carrolyn Turner; children, Fran (Tony) Deaton, Angela Riggs, Michael (Jennifer) Stroud, Alysia Meyers, Cory Deaton, Katelynn (Blake) Grant, and Wyatt Turner; special grandchildren, Brooklyn Deaton, Kassadee Stroud, Erica Crain, and Michael Stroud II; great-grandchildren, Blake Meyers, Natalie Meyers, Ollie Grant, Lenny Grant, Takoda Sparks, Winnie Sparks, Dallas Crain, Michael Stroud III, Johnny Stroud, Addison Stroud, and Scarlett Deaton; and several other family members.

Chris was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial contributions can be directed to the family in loving memory of Chris Turner.

Chris I remember the many time you came into McDonalds in mercy hospital and said dont tell doc.. you will be greatly missed .. I appreciate your friendship.. the girl.. your other honorary granddaughter Rajana said it so sad.. you were grandpa Chris to her.. rest easy.. your labor here is done.. My deepest condolences to Carolyn Doc Pud.. and family..
