She loved McDonalds. She also loved cartoons, Wylie Coyote and the Road Runner “Beep! Beep!” and her game shows. She is finally free from the confines of her wheelchair and is walking around Heaven with her mom, dad, Nani, Aunt Mimi, Cousin Jeppy, Grandma Sue, and Cousin Gary David.

Vetty is survived by her sister, Deneen; niece, Margo Ann; nephew, Connor Lee; aunt, Sue (Tom) Dose; uncles, Chuck (Julie) DeFino and Mike (Kathy) DeFino; along with many, many cousins, extended family and dear friends.

The family will greet friends Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 12 pm to 2 p.m. with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. Vetty will be laid to rest with her parents at Avon Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Vetty.
