I just learned of Lynns death today when I had lunch with Judi Cunconan. Lynn was my first college roommate. We were friends in junior high and high school. Lynn was sweet, smart, and had such a quick wit! Condolences to Dave and family.

I believe it was the fall of 1971 when Lynn welcomed her first elementary class at Visitation (now Holy Family). I was blessed to belong to that 2nd grade class and was a first hand witness to her first act of charity as a teacher when she insisted we call her Miss Lynn rather than struggle to pronounce Cunconan. She was full of mercy and compassion to all of her students and laughed at our jokes no matter how bad they were. On behalf of that class, I send condolences as we remember her fondly today.

I was so sorry to hear about Lynn, but I must admit that its been probably 50 years since I last saw her. That doesnt diminish in any way the grief her immediate family must feel. We know how it feels to lose a sister since we lost Eileen in 2019. I Love Lucy and Andy Griffith were also among our familys favorite shows.
If there is any message to take from this, its to make the most of every day we have left. Please accept my condolences.
