Jeanne Fisher, 81, passed away on December 22, 2022, at Unity Point Taylor House.

Jeanne was born September 15, 1941, in Des Moines, Iowa.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, decorating, gardening, sewing, traveling, and feeding the birds. Above all, she loved the time spent with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, William; children, Kim (Randy) Post, Connie (Richard) Eubanks, and James (Debra) Copic; grandchildren, James Hook, Kelly (Justin) Shelburg, Kayla Post, Krystal Copic, and Dale Copic; great-grandchildren, Mallory Shelburg, Jakoby Shelburg, and Walker Hofts; step-son, William (Deb) Fisher, Jr.; siblings, Richard Erickson and Clyde (Curt) Erickson.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, June Carolyn Goodman.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hamilton’s Southtown Funeral Home, 5400 SW 9th Street. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, and also at the funeral home. Jeanne will be laid to rest at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
