Sincere condolences to Rogers family and the McNeeley Family.
I grew up across the street from The McNeelys and there was not a day I was not playing baseball, football, basketball or something with Gary and Roger. After I left for the Army I only saw Roger a few more times. He was always a great friend and person.

Roger was truly a faithful friend and loved being there for anyone that had a need. A servants heart he had indeed. He was matched with a beautiful wife next to him to fulfill his mission here on earth. He could lean and depend on her especially in the last days of his journey. Our prayers are with you Linda & family.
