Neta Kay Phillips

Neta Kay Phillips, 81, passed away November 12, 2022, peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Neta was born on April 1, 1941, to Ray Shepherd and Neta N. Johnson.

Neta is survived by her children, Michael (Tammy), Kathey, and Betty (Dennis); grandchildren, David, Becky (Eric), Amanda, Angie (Skylar), Emily, and Danny; and great-grandchildren, Finley, Kenzie, Kenna, R.J., Braydon, Avery, Emilia, Lilly, Madie, Myles, Rosie, and LillyRae.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Julius Richerd Phillips; sister, Betty Kirkpatrick; and son-in-law, Rick Dennis.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Carlisle United Methodist Church, 405 School Street, Carlisle, Iowa.
